About the Nissan Skyline GT-R
Skyline GT-R without a chassis suffix covers the RB26DETT era as a whole — the R32 (1989-1994), R33 (1995-1998), and R34 (1999-2002) — the three generations that revived and defined the badge. All three share the 2.6-liter twin-turbo straight-six, ATTESA E-TS all-wheel drive, and Super-HICAS steering, a package that made the R32 dominant in Group A touring cars and turned "GT-R" into shorthand for Japanese performance.
